Styles & Timing
Short-sleeve tees: March–October
Long-sleeve tees: November–February
One personalized shirt delivered each month and an additional FREE shirt sent the month of the child’s birthday.
Billing & Shipping
Local pickup is not available for subscriptions. If you would prefer to pickup your products, please note this during checkout.
Your card is charged on the day of your first order each month for 12 months (order placed January 2, next charge is February 2). After 12 months your subscription will end.
Tees ship during the first week of the following month (charge on Jan 2 → ships early Feb).
Sign up on or before the 10th to receive the first shirt the next month.
Sizing & Exchanges
Choose size at signup. To change size for an upcoming shipment, login to your account and cancel your subscription. Re-subscribe in the child’s new size.
Exchanges or returns handled per our policy; personalized items may have restrictions—contact us for details.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.
Once a charge is processed, it is non-refundable because personalization and production begin immediately.
